Serving southern New Hampshire and the surrounding area, it is my honor to empower women to feel safe, honored, and confident in their choice to give birth in the comfort of their home.

I come from a long line of women born with women in the comfort and safety of their homes. My mother was a brave pioneer, who chose to break free of the mold of medical birth. This story influenced my life and my path. I have been attending women in birth since 2001 and a practicing midwife since 2009. Midwifery is in my body and in my blood; the perfect blend of science, art, and love. Trinity Midwifery was born out of my love and devotion to women, families and the process of transformation that birth provides for all of us. I am a Certified Professional Midwife as well as a licensed midwife in the State of New Hampshire. I am currently enrolled in an MFT program and look forward to furthering my consulting and developmental work. I have studied herbalism, and homeopathic practices as well as Anthroposophical medicine (the medical practice developed by Ita Wegman and Rudolf Steiner).

Midwifery is a blend of art, science, and intuition. The beauty of practicing home birth, among many things, is that together we decide on the path that is best for you!

Birth is not a one size fits all approach. Each suggestion made during your care is a discussion, not a dictate. That includes all of our suggestions, from chiropractic care to pelvic floor therapy. Medical freedom is an enduring value within the practice. After all, it is you the women who must actively give birth; we are there to make sure the conditions are safe and right, so that you can birth in freedom and beauty.
